IES' single most distinguished experience is in the building of world-class E1 deployment teams. No
other individual within the E1 community has had either the experience level or success that IES’
founding partner has had assembling E1 implementation teams and deploying E1 software.
IES’ employees, resources and associates have a minimum of four years of hands-on OneWorld/Xe/E1
(E1) implementation and support experience. The average employee has over seven years of E1 experience.
Note: Experience is measured in months of actual hands-on projects and support positions, with each
individual resource completing a detailed vitae depicting actual start and finish dates for all projects;
no time can be double counted to create the appearance of more experience than actually exists. All monthly
totals are then rounded to the nearest year for database and searching criterion.
