Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (IES) was founded by a core team of individuals who have been engaged in implementing and supporting OneWorld/Xe/EnterpriseOne (E1) software since its inception in the mid-1990’s. Throughout the past decade, many companies have served as business partners to both J.D. Edwards/PeopleSoft/Oracle and the E1 customer install base. Some of these service providers have been engaged in focusing on a single aspect of implementing or supporting E1 software (such as CNC, development or training) while others have served the entire ERP industry with a standard implementation offering.

IES’ driving purpose is to provide a workforce and solution that is focused solely on the aspects of the implementation and support of E1 software. Through this single-mindedness, IES has developed a comprehensive approach to delivering and sustaining E1 software. The key pillars of this implementation approach are:

The tool set provides actual hands-on templates for every single phase of the project life such as detailed questionnaires seeded with best practices; business processes that tie to Doc Types and Order Activity Rules as well as training manuals and CRP scripts that include detailed key-stroke instructions.

IES’ employees, resources and associates have a minimum of four years of hands on OneWorld/Xe/E1 (E1) implementation and support experience. The average employee has over six years of E1 experience.

IES utilizes a straightforward methodology that focuses on the logistical requirements of implementations as well as deployment critical path concerns. The methodology concentrates on the implementation and support of E1 software, not on low-value add documentation, high-level fluff diagrams nor political aspects of organizations – IES maintains a deliberate application of centered attention on implementations, without hesitation or equivocation.
